Dr. Anthony J. Surrusco

My name is Dr. Anthony Surrusco. I completed my undergraduate studies at Bloomfield College in New Jersey, majoring in Pre Med. I received my Bachelor Degree and my Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from the National Chiropractic College in Lombard, Illinois, now called The National University of Health Sciences.

Recent News: The Creating Wellness Alliance (CWA), experts in designing custom wellness programs for consumers and corporations, honored Dr. Anthony J. Surrusco of Clarendon Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center, at this years annual All Centers Conference in Chicago, IL. 

After successfully completing the Creating Wellness curriculum, and being awarded the designation of “Creating Wellness Professional” in April, Dr. Surrusco completed his advanced training in September of 2008 in special education programs designed to enhance professional competence and the quality of health care provided to the people of the world. Dr. Surrusco received the “Certificate of Completion in Advanced WellnessTraining” designation for his dedication and commitment to creating wellness in his life and the lives of his patients. After primarily focusing on the physical component in his practice, Dr. Surrusco knew there was more he could do to help his patients “Create Wellness” in their lives. After extensive research on the company, Dr. Surrusco realized joining the Creating Wellness Alliance was exactly what his patients needed. “I was intrigued by what CWA had to offer in terms of the technology they had developed and the Creating Wellness Assessment. Many of my patients have more than just physical problems in their lives. They also have nutritional (Bio-Chemical) and emotional (Psychological) issues that they weren’t addressing and these two other components we have learned also compound their health in a negative way. This new technology and the training I and my staff have completed allows us to now give our patients the measurable data needed to accurately measure their wellness in all three dimensions of their life. The Be Fit-Eat Right-Think Well model now solidifies my purpose and gives me the tools to help my patients in all areas of their life”. 

Professionally, I am a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Illinois Chiropractic Society, Creating Wellness Alliance, Chiropractic Leadership Alliance.

Jill Surrusco-Office Manager

Welcome to our Wellness Center!

As the office manager I take the pleasure of  overseeing all procedures in the office as well as handle the front desk. My function is to make your visit comfortable and easy from the moment you walk into our clinic. Any questions or concerns that you may have are a priority with me, and I am here to be of service to you. You are the most important person, because our center was founded on the theory of family. We are a family  Wellness Center and believe the patient comes first, not only with your welfare , but also taking the time to listen to you and what brought you to us. From the onset, our staff actic, has, is, and will always treat our patients with respect and dignity. Please let me know if you have any concerns so I can address them promptly.  Please know children are always welcome here at our practice, in fact we encourage Moms and Dads to bring their children along with them so they too can experience the joy and benefits of the Chiropractic Wellness lifestyle.

Hello! As your Creating Wellness coach, I will be assisting you on journey to better health and wellness. I will be keeping you on purpose and keeping you on track so you may achieve all of the wellness goals we have set forth. Being a wellness coach is a blessing and is something that I really enjoy. Seeing you improve your health is what inspires me to want to help others. I look forward to helping you "Create Wellness" in your life.

My other function here at the center is to handle all of your insurance questions and concerns. I will verify your benefits in a timely manner and will help to fill out any and all forms pertaining to your insurance. I will take care of filing all claim forms on your behalf to help facilitate payment. Here are some of the health insurance companies that participate with our clinic: Humana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Private Health Care Systems and One Health Plan. Your health plan may not be listed here, but we will gladly contact your insurance carrier to what benefits you are entitled to. As a courtesy to you, we accept all major credit cards and payment plans are available to qualified patients upon request. Please let me know if I can be of assistance in any way.
